One team leads all four stats categories in Austrian Football League after week 7

For the first time this year, one team leads all four main stats categories in the Austrian Football League. With three games left in the season, players from the SonicWall Mödling Rangers top the passing, rushing, receiving and tackling categories with QB Dylan Potts now leading both rushing and passing stats.

Rangers wideout Roman Namdar still tops all receivers  while teammate LB Barron Miller continues to lead the league in tackles.

The SonicWall Mödling Rangers have five players among the Top 5 in the four categories while the Projekt Spielberg Graz Giants and Ljubljana Silverhawks have four each. Then comes the  Traun Steelsharks now with three while the Swarco Raiders have two. The Dacia Vienna Vikings and Danube Dragons have one each.

Passing

With 151 yards passing in a loss to the Danube Dragons,  Mödling Rangers QB Dylan Potts has climbed into the top spot with 1,918 yards. Zach Cavanaugh of the Ljubljana Silverhawks drops to 2nd after his team’s game against the Bratislava Monarchs was postponed. He has with 1,785 yards and 19 TDS. Swarco Raiders QB Sean Shelton has climbed into 3rd after throwing for  367 yards in a 55-13 win over Vienna. He now has 1,768 yards and a league-leading 25 TDs passing. John Uribe of the Traun Steelsharks has 1,691 yards and has slid down to 4th.  Danube Dragons QB Chad Jeffries led his team to a huge win over the Rangers and is now 5th in passing yardage with 1,575 yards.

Receiving

SonicWall Mödling Rangers  WR Roman Namdar retains the top spot in receiving yardage again this week in the Austrian Football League. He now has with 936 yards. Matic Tomse of the Ljubljana Silverhawks is still 2nd with his 619 yards despite being idle this past week.  Mario Winter from the Traun Steelsharks holds on to 3rd spot with 594 yards while Silverhawks WR Eugen Sumic remains in 4th with 466 yards. Florian Bierbaumer of the Giants is 5th with 447 yards.

Rushing

Quarterback Dylan Potts of the Mödling Rangers continues to top the rushing yardage list with 899 yards and a league-best 13 TDs. Despite being sidelined in his team’s loss to the Swarco Raiders, Garrett Safron, quarterback of the Dacia Vienna Vikings remains in  2nd with 559 yards. Traun Steelsharks RB, Felix Stadler is 3rd with 558 yards while Matthias Kiegerl of the Projekt Spielberg Graz Giants is now 4th, also with 558 yards after rushing for 165 yards against the Steelsharks. Sandro Platzgummer has climbed up into 5th now with 469 yards following his 142 yard rushing day against the Vikings.

Tackles

Mödling Rangers LB Barron Miller still leads all tacklers in the Austrian Football League and now has 58 tackles. Ljubljana Silverhawks LB Patrick Kenney retains his 2nd spot with 37.5 tackles. Graz Giants LB Thomas Schnurrer is still 3rd and now has 37.  Markus Bernas, also of the Rangers is 4th with 36.  Newcomer to the list is Florian Probst of the Giants who has 34.5  after recording 10.5 tackles in the Giants win over the Steelsharks.
