AFI tv features most American football action of the year

With 20 games on the schedule this weekend, AFI.tv features by far the most American football action of the season.

The German Football League is in full swing as is Italy’s Division 1, Finland’s Maple League, the Swedish Superserien, Denmark’s National League, the Polish Football League and the Hungarian Football League. Playoff berths are up for grabs in Italy and Poland with key matchups in both countries.

June 17

The Helsinki Wolverines face cross-town rivals and 20 time Finnish champions, the Helsinki Roosters Thursday, June 17 at 18:30 CET (6:30 pm, 12:30 pm ET).

June 18

The Porvoo Butchers head to Lohja, Finland to face the United Newland Crusaders Friday, June 18. Kick off is at 18:30 CET (6:30 pm, 12:30 pm ET)

The Saarland Hurricanes take their 2-0 record to Schwabisch Hall this Friday, June 18 to face the 1-0 Schwabisch Hall Unicorns. Game time is 20:00 CET (8 pm, 2 pm ET)

The Silesia Rebels Katowice will wind up the their regular season in the Polish Football League facing the winless Warsaw Eagles in a must win game for the Rebels. Game time is 19:30 CET (7:30 pm, 1:30 pm ET).

In a battle of the numbers 2 and 3 teams in Poland, the Tychy Falcons will visit Bialystok to play the Lowlanders at 13:00 CET (1 pm, 07:00 am ET).

The Søllerød Gold Diggers open their 2021 season at home when they host the Copenhagen Towers, Saturday, June 19 at 14:00 CET (2 pm, 08:00 am ET)

The Kiel Baltic Hurricanes will be looking for their first win of the young GFL season when they travel to Cologne to take on the 1-1 Cologne Crocodiles. Kickoff is Saturday, June 19 15:00 CET (3 pm, 09:00 am ET).

In the second game of a home and home series, the Berlin Rebels will be aiming to get revenge on a Braunschweig New Yorker Lions team that shut them out 31-0 last week. Kickoff is June 19 at 15:00 CET (3 pm, 09:00 ET).

The SsangYong Danube Dragons need to beat the Modling Rangers when the two teams meet on Saturday, June 19  to lock up third place in the Austrian Football League. Game time is 15:00 CET (3 pm, 09:00 ET).

The Orebro Black Knights will play host to the Stockholm Mean Machines in a key matchup in the Swedish Superserien’s shortened season Saturday, June 19 at 15:00 CET (3 pm, 09:00 am ET). The game is geoblocked for viewers in Sweden.

The Uppsala 86ers travel to Karlstad, Sweden to face the defending Swedish champion Carlstad Crusaders Saturday, June 15 at 15:00 CET (3 pm, 09:00 am ET). The game is geoblocked in for viewers in Sweden.

The Gyor Sharks and Budapest Wolves will clast Saturday, June 15 to decide who advances to the Hungarian championship game, the Hungarian Bowl. Kickoff is 15:00 CET (3 pm, 09:00 am ET).

The Lazio Ducks need a win over the Bologne Warriors, Saturday, June 15 to move into a playoff position in Italy’s Division 1. Kickoff is 16:00 CET (4 pm, 10:00 am ET).

In the third game of the week in Finland’s Maple League, the defending champion Kuopio Steelers head to Vaasa, Finland to take on the Wasa Royals in the opening game of the season for both teams. Kickoff is June 19, 15:30 CET (3:30 pm, 9:30 am CET).

The Ancona Dolphins need to knock off the Milano Seamen Saturday June 19 to have a chance for a playoff berth in Italy’s Division 1. Game time is 18:00 CET (6 pm, 12 noon ET).

June 20

The Warsaw Mets still have a shot at a playoff berth in the Polish Football League if they beat the Krakow Kings Sunday, June 20. Game time is 14:00 CET (2 pm, 08:00 am ET).

In what maybe the game of the week, the Dacia Vienna Vikings will put their Austrian Football League unbeaten streak on the line Sunday, June 20 when they take on the Swarco Raiders in Innsbruck. Kick off is 15:00 CET (3 pm, 09:00 am ET).

In another key matchup in the Austrian Football League, the Projekt Spielberg Graz Giants need a win over the Prague Black Panthers Sunday, June 20 to keep their playoffs hopes alive. Prague only needs to defeat the Giants. Kickoff is 15:00 CET (3 pm, 09:00 am ET).

The Stuttgart Scorpions will be looking for their first win of the season when they travel to face the Munich Cowboys, Sunday, June 20 at 15:00 CET (3 pm, 09:00 am ET). 

The Marburg Mercenaries will be intent on getting their second win of the German Football League season Sunday, June 20 when they host the Ravensburg Razorbacks at 16:00 CET (4 pm, 19:00 am ET).
