LIVESTREAM: World University Championships – Team USA v. Team Mexico, June 21, 5p (11a CEST, 5a EST)
The 2-0 Team USA takes on Team Mexico (2-0) in what amounts to the gold medal game in the 3rd annual FISU World University Championships in Harbin, China, Thursday, June 21.
Team Mexico is the two-time and defending champions after they defeated the United States in Monterrey, Mexico two years ago. The Mexicans won the inaugural tournament in 2014 which was held in Uppsala, Sweden.
Team USA did not compete in the 2014 tournament.
The US National team has won both of their games easily so far in the tournament beating China 69-0 on opening day. They then disposed of Team Japan 42-3,
The Mexicans whipped Korea to open the tournament 69-0 and then defeated China 70-0.
