Munich Cowboys add former University of Oklahoma, Fresno State WR/DB Michiah Quick

The Munich Cowboys of the German Football League, announced earlier this year the addition of highly versatile wide receiver/defensive back Michiah Quick.

The 5’11”, 185 pound, 24 year old Quick from Fresno, California, spent just over two seasons with the University of Oklahoma Sooners before transferring to Fresno State in 2017.

In his senior (redshirt) season with Fresno State, he appeared in eight games with five of those starts catching 16 passes for 144 yards. At Oklahoma, he played a total of 29 games, 25 in his first two years only on offense. He snagged 34 passes for 340 yards and a touchdown.

Coming out of Central East High School in Fresno, he was ranked as the No. 4 athlete in the United States by Rivals and No. 6 by ESPN. He was a four-star recruit by ESPN, Rivals, Scout and 247Sports.com

Munich head coach Garren Holley is excited:

Michiah’s the real deal. He is a high level athlete and a great teammate. He’s molded into our system very quickly. He will be a problem for other teams this season.
