Mexico: Dinos de Saltillo re-sign WR DunTayviun Gross for 2023

The Dinos de Saltillo of the Liga de Fútbol Americano Profesional have re-signed wide receiver DunTayviun Gross for the 2023 season.

The 5′ 9″, 160 pound native of Tyler, Texas is returning to the Dinos for his second season. The Saltillo, Mexico team had amassed the best record in the LFA before being suddenly eliminated in the semifinals by the sixth-seeded Gallos Negros de Querétaro.

During his time with Saltillo in 2022, which was also his first ever season in the pros, he caught a team-high 27 passes for 397 yards and two touchdowns.

Before arriving in Mexico, he played collegiately at Cisco College (NJCAA) in Texas where he spent his freshman and sophomore seasons from 2016 to 2017. He played his junior and senior seasons from 2018 to 2019 at Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas where in 11 games he caught 62 passes for 586 yards and eight touchdowns while returning 23 kickoffs for 488 yards and 10 punts for 87 yards.
