Poland

With now only weeks left in the regular season in Poland the top three spots are tightening up. The first-place and undefeated Gdynia Seahawks manhandled the Steelers 62-27 solidifying their stranglehold on first to extend their record to 8-0. The Seahawks have the most explosive offense in the Topliga having scored a total of 336 points in eight games (42 points a game). Warsaw leapfrogged Wroclaw into second beating up on fourth place Kozly 28-0.

Serbia

In the final weekend of league play, Vukovi Belgrade (Europe #19), who have only been threatened once during the regular season manhandled the Indiji Indians 54-13. Vukovi  finished first in the league with a 7-0 record. The second-place Novi sad Dukes overwhelmed Imperatoriis 34-6. Finally, the Kragujevac Wild Boars beat the Panthers  35-12.  With this, the playoff structure is as follows: First place Vukovi will play fourth place Imperatorinis  and second place Novi Sad will play the Wild Boars who finished third. Both semifinal games will be played on June 28th. The Serbian championship is scheduled for July 5th.

Spain

The Valencia Firebats and Badalona Dracs played one of the most exciting championship games seen in many years in Spain. On the final play of the game, which was tied 18-18, Badalona lined up for a long 50 yard field goal attempt. They faked it and threw for a 40 yard touchdown to win the game!
