Railroaders gear-up for 2014 BAFANL campaign!

[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he Crewe Railroaders met with university team the Keele Crusaders last Sunday in collaborative training and scrimmage session. The meet-up was productive with Keele providing a good opponent for the Railroaders to test this years new tactical campaign, rookie players and playbook.

The Railroaders have worked over the past 12 months with Keele to develop a relationship that would benefit both teams and in a hope that some Keele players would want to participate in Senior football at the Railroaders.

Recruitment in new young talent is key to a club’s survival and progression.

Keele participates in BUAFL league against other university teams and The Crewe Railroaders wishes them all the luck in the future.

The next team that Crewe will play is the Staffordshire Stallions at the Stallions home ground on the 9th March.
