The Ottawa REDBLACKS have added a seasoned veteran to their coaching staff, naming Jeff Reinebold as their special teams coordinator for the 2026 CFL season. The move was officially announced by head coach and general manager Ryan Dinwiddie, solidifying his staff ahead of his first year leading the franchise.
A familiar face returns to the CFL
Reinebold, 68, brings nearly two decades of CFL coaching experience back to the league. His extensive resume includes multiple stops across the CFL, most recently serving as special teams coordinator and assistant defensive backs coach for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in 2023. His career has also included roles with the BC Lions, Edmonton Elks, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, and Montreal Alouettes, along with head coaching experience in Winnipeg.
From Hawaii to Ottawa
