ELF: 2023 Wroclaw Panthers – A Complete Roster Breakdown

The Wrocław Panthers have set their roster ahead of the 2023 European League of Football season.

The Panthers were the last team to finalize their starting quarterback, as the team announced the signing of Matthew Vitale this past week.  In college, Vitale spent time at West Virginia, Jackson State, and Temple, though he did not see much game action.  He has spent the past couple of months with the Wrocław Jaguars in the Polish Football League and can now transition to a new team in the same city.

The team also recently picked up American receiver Tony Tate, formerly of Western Illinois University and the Sioux Falls Storm of the Indoor Football League.  He will be expected to be the top target of Vitale in the passing game.  Running backs David Brzozowski, who finished fourth in the league in rushing yards last season and Norman Ossohou will likely share carries.

On defense, standouts include Adam Lary, who had four interceptions last season, as well as a pair American imports in defensive back Artevius Smith and linebacker Solomon Brown
