European American Football jerseys are becoming a hot ticket item in Vancouver!
B.C. Best in Class football camps, based in Vancouver, Canada, are looking to Europe to reward their football camp winners at the end of the Spring session in June.
These high school age players have been working hard the entire spring and Jason Quinter, camp founder, wanted to hand them something a little more than just their trophies which are in and of themselves a wonderful prize. He wants them to have something irreplaceable, of special import. So he is looking for European teams to donate a single jersey, used or a replica.
What better prize than a jersey you cannot get simply by picking up the phone or buying online? Ten campers will receive a jersey from an American football team in Europe. A prize they will no doubt remember the rest of their lives. And a prize that will make people aware of football in Europe.
“I wanted something special for these kids,” said Quinter. “I have grown up with football and I know how it feels to receive something that no one else around has. And I think it will give these players a reason to keep playing after their college careers are over. They will start following American football in Europe.”
Jason is no stranger to football. Saying that he grew up with it is an understatement. His father Bill Quinter , who passed away suddenly last year, was a legendary coach, general manager, personnel director and scout in both the CFL and the NFL (Seattle Seahawks, New Orleans Saints). So yes you might say Jason knows a little bit about the game.
“My father launched programs wherever he went to help develop young players and give them a chance to fulfill their dreams. I want to continue that legacy.”
So far the reigning German champions, the New Yorker Lions, have donated two jerseys and more teams are coming on board.

However, the hour is late as the final ceremonies will be held on June 14. So, if possible, don’t waste time. Shipping can take up to four weeks, so make sure to send your jersey by air so it gets there on time.
And there will be media coverage in Canada for the occasion.
Who knows you may be helping a player keep his dreams alive and spreading the word of the game. And you may also be getting a key player for your team in a couple of years time.
