The defending Finnish champions, the Kuopio Steelers, have added Le’Anthony Reasnover (Eureka College – NCAA Division III) as their running back for the 2021 season.

The 5’10”, 210 pound Reasnover from Momence, Illinois, enjoyed an outstanding four-year career at Eureka finishing with 6,036 yards rushing (5.7 yards/carry) and 95 touchdowns. In his senior year, 2018, he was named by D3football.com to the 2018 All-America First Team and was in the NCAA Division III Starting Lineup in the 2018 College Football America Yearbook. In that final season at Eureka, 2018-2019, Reasnover rushed for 2,187 yards (6.9 yards/carry) and 40 touchdowns.

Le’Anthony Reasnover:

“After conversations with Coach Pekka, I knew Kuopio would be a great fit for myself! I would describe myself as tough, a leader, a playmaker, team-oriented, all-around talent! I bring to the team a championship mentality, high expectations and high performance.

“I’m learning more about Finland day by day, I have a lot of Google facts and have watched videos about Kuopio. I’m excited to come to Finland to learn on and off the field and about the country! I have big expectations! Just to get better every single day with my teammates and achieve the goals we set to achieve!”
