Five Most Interesting Teams to Watch In the 2022-2023 NFL Season

The race to Super Bowl 57 is on. Every football fan hopes that their team will take home the Lombardi trophy on February 23 next year.

Let’s face it, though, the odds of some teams winning the title are slim. So, let’s cast our sight on some of the most fascinating teams to watch in the 2022 NFL season.

By week 7, the season is pretty much still an enigma. The NFC East is strong with a historic .741-win percentage. The NFC South still doesn’t have a team over .500. Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs sit at the top of the AFC. The Minnesota Vikings lead the NFC North. And, surprisingly, the Seattle Seahawks dominate the NFC west.

Basically, at this stage, the NFL is somewhat topsy-turvy. Nevertheless, some of the exciting teams to watch out for this season include:

  • Dallas Cowboys
  • Arizona Cardinals
  • Kansa City Chiefs
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers
  • Philadelphia Eagles

The Dallas Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys may be 4-2 at week 8, but there’s great optimism about how the rest of the season will look like for the team.

The Cowboys are a pretty decent team. More so, their defense unit rarely goes down without a fight. Additionally, looking at the teams they’ll be up against inspires confidence that this might be a good season for the Cowboys. Only 5 of the 11 teams remaining on the Cowboys’ schedule are currently over .500. With this in mind, Cowboys will surely be a great NFL betting opportunity in the following months.

Although there are no guarantees in the professional football world, it’s easy to feel pretty good about what lies ahead for the Dallas cowboys.

Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals have always been a fun team to watch. Besides having quite the skill-position talent, they have been known to employ kooky playbooks, resulting in over-engineered play designs and wicked streaks that we are so looking forward to this season.

We hope Kyler Murray will push for more offense this season while using his defense strategies to stay competitive.

The red birds have, in fact, not been doing badly so far. As a result, Murray and company are positive that this will be a good season as they continue to gain momentum midway through the 2022 season.

Kansas City Chiefs

7 weeks into the 2022 season, and already the Kansas City Chiefs have projected many ranges of potential outcomes. They have been winning as much as they have been losing.

The coaching team led by Andy Reid has also showcased an unusual variance of creative scheming and play-calling, particularly at the goal line. Therefore, the KC Chiefs are anything but predictable this season.

The team also seems to have mastered to art of deception, as evidenced by Noah Gray’s touchdown against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The camp is even employing call of duty: Warzone tactics in their gameplay!

We are, therefore, eager to see what sort of brilliance Reid and Beiniemy’s team will conjure up over the rest of the season.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

This NFL season kicked off with the Buccaneers’ aspirations of winning another super bowl flying sky high. 7 weeks down the line, and it looks like they might not even sail through to the playoffs.

They have been posting one disastrous performance after another and currently sit at 3-4. To make things worse, since the 3rd week, their run game has been nosediving. If the Buccaneers keep this up, they are on pace to create horrible NFL history.

Can Tamp Bay turn their luck around? Of note is that for the first three weeks, their defensive unit was outstanding and, actually, the best in the league. And with Brady being his usually spectacular, efficient self, the tide might just turn for the Buccaneers.

Philadelphia Eagles

By the end of the 7th league week, the Eagles had a perfect 6-0 record– the only undefeated team thus far. It’ll therefore be interesting to see if this team will finish the NFL regular season undefeated.

So far, the Eagles have displayed an impressive running game. Their passing game, too, is on point. Their offense has given the ball away only twice, and the defense currently tops the league with 14 takeaways. In addition, the Eagles’ discipline has been terrific, averaging just about 5.2 penalties per game.

Head Coach Nick Sirianni has promised that the team will keep improving. It’ll be fascinating to see how this team performs with the hope that they end the season 17-0-0.
