Stats race in France tightens up as final week of season looms

With one game left in the 2018 season in France, there is a new receiving leader as  Hadrien Lynda of the Marseilles Blue Stars has leapfrogged two spots to take over the lead.

Three teams, the St. Ouen l’Aumône Cougars, Marseilles Blue Stars and Asnieres Molosses are battling for the final two playoff berths so the stats races take on a special meaning.

The  St. Ouen l’Aumône Cougars and Marseilles Blue Stars have three players among the three categories while the Thonon Black Panthers, La Courneuve Flash, Asnieres Molosses and Aix-en-Provence Argonautes have two each. The Bron-Villeurbanne Falcons has one player. The Rouen Leopards do not have a single player among the top five in any category.

Passing

 

St. Ouen l’Aumône Cougars quarterback Jonathan Baker continues to lead all quarterbacks in passing in France  in 2018 throwing for 1,980 yards and 17 TDs after a monster 428 yard passing day against the Rouen Leopards. Kyle Boehm of the Thonon Black Panthers is still 2nd with 1,6,68 yards and 18 TDs  while Travis Adamson of the Marseilles Blue Stars is now 3rd with 1,506. He also has thrown 18 TD passes.  Aix-en-Provence Argonautes QB Niko Fortino is 4th with 1,428 yards and 10 TDs.  Camille Thouary of the Asnieres Molosses has moved up into 5th with 1,281 yards.

Hadrien Lynda of the Marseilles Blue Stars caught 7 passes for 182 yards against the Bron-Villeurbanne Falcons and has taken over top spot among receivers with 635 yards. WR Jeff Alexandre of the league-leading Thonon Black Panthers has dropped to 2nd with 508 yards and 7 TDs. Behind him is Aix-en-Provence WR Aymeric Nicault who has 486 yards. Cyprien Virot of the Bron-Villeurbanne Falcons is 4th with 463 yards and 4 TDs. St. Ouen l’Aumône Cougars wide receiver Enzo Fraloli  remains 5th and now has 365 yards.

Rushing

 

Asnieres Molosses WR/QB Jordan Moore retains the rushing lead despite gaining only 4 yards in the loss to the La Courneuve Flash. he has 784 yards rushing. Still well behind in 2nd is Pereese Joas of the Marseilles Blue Stars with 588 yards.  La Courneuve Flash RB Nicolas Khandar is 3rd with 503 yards and 4 TDs. Behind him in 4th is Isaac Amoako of the St. Ouen l’Aumône Cougars who has 432 yards while Jason Aguemon of the Flash is 5th with 359 yards.
