Strong start for Tokyo Gas
Tokyo Gas opened the scoring with a field goal from Shun Shiramoto in the first quarter, taking an early 3-0 lead. The second quarter saw the Creators extend their advantage when linebacker Hajime Tsuga intercepted a pass and returned it 41 yards, setting up a short touchdown run by quarterback Shuichi Tokushima. For Tokyo Gas, Moribun was a standout, rushing for 115 yards and a touchdown, while Tokushima added 28 rushing yards and a touchdown of his own.
