LIVESTREAM: Japan’s X League kicks off 2018 season
Japan’s X League kicks off its 22nd season this weekend with nine games on tap. The defending champion Fujitsu Frontiers have lost their starting quarterback of the last four seasons, Colby Cameron as well as running back Gino Gordon, both key to the successes of the Frontiers. They take on IBM Big Blue on Sunday, August 26.
Three games were played Saturday, August 25 with the Asahi Beer Silver Star defeating the Dentsu Caterpillars 20-8, while the Panasonic Impulse got by Elecom Kobe Finies 21-14. In the third matchup the Tokyo Gas Creators downed Fuji Xerox Minerva AFC 43-6,
