The Hildesheim Invaders (1-2) enters today’s game as an underdog, but have been improving year over year in Europe toughest and deepest American football league. Now, with GFL-experienced head coach Joe Roman on the sidelines and numerous returning veteran players the Invaders are poised to make an impact in Germany’s top American football league.

Traditionally at the top of the GFL North table, the Dresden Monarchs have lost to Kiel Baltic Hurricanes and the Europe #1 Braunschweig Lions in two close early-season GFL games. The Monarchs need to pick up where they left off last week in Braunschweig: motivated and making few mistakes.
