The European Football Alliance schedule features a matchup between two teams still searching for their first win as the Raiders Tirol (0-4) host the Prague Lions (0-5) on Saturday. Both clubs are coming off competitive performances against playoff contenders but ultimately came away empty-handed, making this a pivotal opportunity to finally get into the win column.
First win on the line
Neither team’s record tells the full story. Raiders Tirol have opened the season against a brutal slate that included the Munich Ravens, Nordic Storm, Frankfurt Galaxy, and most recently the Paris Musketeers, where they came within 16 seconds of pulling off a major upset before falling 24-17.
The Prague Lions, meanwhile, battled hard in a 31-18 loss to Frankfurt Galaxy. Despite remaining winless, they showed resilience by cutting a 28-6 halftime deficit to 28-18 before the Galaxy sealed the outcome late.

Quarterbacks lead the way
Steven Krajewski delivered one of his strongest performances of the season against Paris, throwing a 35-yard touchdown pass to Marco Schneider while adding an eight-yard rushing touchdown. The offense also received key contributions from Tobias Bonatti, Lukas Haslwanter and newcomer J’Kalon Carter as the Raiders controlled long stretches of the game.
For the Lions, Jaylon Henderson remains the focal point. Against Frankfurt, he threw for 198 yards and two touchdowns while adding 61 rushing yards. William Patterson hauled in five catches for 97 yards and a touchdown, while Matyáš Bílý added a 43-yard scoring reception.
Small margins could decide it
Both teams have shown they can compete but have struggled to finish games. Raiders Tirol let a late lead slip away in Paris, while the Prague Lions have repeatedly fallen behind before mounting second-half rallies.
With confidence, momentum and a first victory all on the line, whichever team makes fewer mistakes in the fourth quarter could finally earn the breakthrough it has been chasing.
