The Serbian national championship game, Serbian Bowl XVIII, will feature two long standing rivals as the defending champion SBB Vukovi Belgrade take on the Kragujevac Wild Boars in Gornja Trnava at SC Pampas stadium.

The Wild Boars ran through the regular season without a loss which included two wins over Vukovi, 42-35 and 41-25.

These two teams met in the 2022 title game with Vukovi coming out on top 24-17. The last time the Wild Boars won the title was in 2019 when they defeated Vukovi 40-27.

In the semifinals, Kragujevac defeated the Bucharest Rebels 55-28 while Vukovi downed the Belgrade Blue Dragons 34-9.

The Wild Boars offense topped the league averaging 45 points a game behind the play of quarterback Isaiah Green, running back Ashton Heard and wide receiver Strahinja Stepović.

Meanwhile, Vukovi’s offense, which relies on quarterback Joshua Cartwright and wide receivers Nolan Corpenning and Petar Bajalica put up 37 points a game.
