LIVESTREAM World Games – Women’s Flag Football Gold/Bronze Medal finals: Aug. 17, 05:20-08:30 CET (5:20-8:30 am, 11:20 pm Aug. 16-2:30 am ET)
The United States will have its shot at revenge in the gold medal contest at The World Games but had to come back three times from being behind to Austria for the right to meet defending champion Mexico in the championship game in Chengdu.
The semifinal thriller saw Izzy Geraci catch what proved to be the game-winning touchdown from irrepressible quarterback Vanita Krouch with only 47 seconds remaining. That broke a tie and gave USA a 46-39 lead, which they had to defend on the final play of the game on the goal line as time expired.
