The Silesia Rebels Katowice have announced the re-signing of quarterback Jeremiah Tucker for the upcoming 2026 Polish Football League season. Tucker, who had an impressive 2025 season, led the Rebels to a 7-1 record and the top spot in the South Conference.
Silesia reached the PFL semifinals where they were eliminated by the Warsaw Mets.
A standout performance
In 2025, the 5’10” Tucker, a 26 year old native of Fort Worth, Texas, threw for 2,178 passing yards and 27 touchdowns while also rushing for 962 yards and 16 touchdowns, totaling 43 scores. His ability to operate in a pro-style offense helped the Rebels average an impressive 44 points per game, making them the highest-scoring team in the South. Prior to joining the Rebels, Tucker was the Offensive MVP for the Regensburg Phoenix (Germany’s GFL2) in 2024, where he produced 1,646 passing yards and 15 touchdowns, along with 666 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns in 10 regular season games.
College success
Tucker developed his skills over five seasons at Wheaton College (NCAA Div. III) in Illinois, where he showcased a balanced quarterbacking style with a 63% completion rate and a passer rating of 133.
