Quarterback showdown: Justin Miller vs. Kenyatte Allen Jr./Xeaiver Bullock in the 2025 Erima GFL Bowl

In the 2025 Erima GFL Bowl, the Dresden Monarchs (13-1) will face off against the Potsdam Royals (13-1) in what promises to be an exciting matchup featuring three standout quarterbacks. Justin Miller, the Monarchs‘ signal-caller, has had an excellent season, while Kenyatte Allen Jr. and Xeaiver Bullock have given the Royals a multi-dimensional attack.

Former Southern Utah University quarterback Justin Miller has made a significant impact in the GFL, leading the Dresden Monarchs to a stellar 13-1 record. Miller has completed 253 of 332 passes for 3,245 yards, boasting an impressive completion rate of 76%. His ability to find the end zone is evident, with 42 touchdowns to his name and only five interceptions. Additionally, Miller has shown his versatility by rushing for 462 yards and six touchdowns, making him a dual-threat quarterback. His leadership and experience have been crucial to the Monarchs‘ success, and he aims to cap off his season with a championship victory.

Kenyatte Allen Jr. and Xeaiver Bullock’s dynamic play
On the other side, Kenyatte Allen Jr. (Robert Morris University, NCAA Div. I FCS) who missed part of the season, has been a key player for the Potsdam Royals,  completing 102 of 157 passes for 1,459 yards, with a completion rate of 65%. Allen has thrown for 15 touchdowns and only three interceptions, showcasing his ability to make smart decisions under pressure. His impressive yards-per-pass average of 14.3 indicates his knack for big plays. During the two playoff games, he completed 14 of 18 passes for 185 yards and 3 TDs.

The Royals also feature Xeaiver Bullock, (Lake Erie College, NCAA, Div. II) who has emerged as a significant contributor in the second half of the season. Bullock has completed 47 of 79 passes for 885 yards, with an impressive 18.8 yards-per-pass average and eight touchdowns. His ability to stretch the field and make explosive plays has added a new dimension to the Royals’ offense. In the two playoff games, Bullock threw for 384 yards and 5 TDs.

With both quarterbacks capable of leading the team in rotation, the Royals have a versatile attack that can adapt to different game situations.

In the only meeting between the two teams during the regular season, Bullock outperformed Miller finishing with 283 yards and two touchdowns in a 31-6 beatdown. Miller threw for 174 yards and zero scores in that game. He will definitely be looking for payback.
