Swedish Superserien heads into final week of regular season

The Swedish Superserien enters its final weekend of play in the 2023 regular season with a pair of games that will determine playoff seeding.

The Stockholm Mean Machines put their unbeaten streak on the line and also first place in the standings when they visit the Tyresö Royal Crowns at Tyresövallen in Stockholm. Meanwhile, the Carlstad Crusaders will be looking to secure third place when they host the Örebro Black Knights on Sunday, June 18.

Saturday, June 17

Stockholm Mean Machines (5-0) @ Tyresö Royal Crowns (4-1)

These two teams face each other for the second time this season. Stockholm came away with a 31-13 victory a month ago against the Royal Crowns, handing Tyresö their only loss of the season. In other words, for the Royal Crowns to finish first, they would need to beat the Mean Machines by 19 points or more.

Örebro Black Knights (0-5) @ Carlstad Crusaders (1-4)
