Team from Mexico tackles Ball High on Friday

When the players from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon High School walked into the Kermit Courville Stadium on Friday night to warm up, their eyes grew wide.Music blared from the speakers. The deep thump of the Ball High band’s drums rumbled. The stands were filling with fans.
“It’s my dream to play on a team in the United States,” said Hugo Cesar Sanchez Casas, a starting linebacker for the Autentico Tigres from Monterrey, Mexico.
Friday night, at least he got the chance to play against one when Nuevo Leon lined up against the Tors.
