XFL Rosters Expand, Teams Announce New Additions

As we pass the halfway point of the XFL season, teams are allowed to expand their rosters to a maximum of 57 bodies. The rule helps to combat nagging injuries and playing players who aren’t ready to go at full speed. The gameday rule of 46 active players remains the same, but the extra bodies late in the season will help each team move at the same pace they have been.

Here are the players each team has added:

Dallas Renegades

The Renegades added five players from Team Nine:

The Renegades added two players from the XFL player pool:

DC Defenders

The Defenders have added five players from Team Nine:

Houston Roughnecks

The Roughnecks have added four players from Team Nine:

Los Angeles Wildcats

The Wildcats have added five players from Team Nine:

New York Guardians

The Guardians have added five players from Team Nine:

St. Louis BattleHawks

The BattleHawks have added four players from Team Nine:

The BattleHawks have added one player from the XFL player pool:

Seattle Dragons

The Dragons have added five players from Team Nine:

Tampa Bay Vipers

The Vipers have added four players from Team Nine:
