All 9 teams represented among Italy’s stats leaders for first time

With one game left for all but two teams in Italy’s Div. I, the leaders in the key offensive categories remain unchanged.

Firenze Guelfi’s WR/RB/QB Silas Nacita had a 221 yard and 3 TD rushing day against the Ancona Dolphins to stay in the rushing lead.

Three of the top four teams were idle in Italy with the Seamen playing in the CEFL , Bolzano playing in the CEFL Cup and Parma having finished their regular season.

Mialno Seamen QB Luke Zahradka tops the passing yardage list for the third week in a row while Silas Nacita of the Firenze Guelfi is the leading rusher and is still one of the leading receivers too.

The Milano Seamen and Firenze Guelfi have three players among the top five in the three offensive categories. The Bolzano Giants and Ancona Dolphins each while the Lazio Ducks, Torino Giaguari, Parma Panthers, Bergamo Lions and Bologna Warriors have one player each. This is the first time this season that all nine teams have representation on at least one of the lists.

Mark Wright of the winless Torino Giaguari has climbed up into 5th now with 1,212 yards and 12 TDs.

Firenze Guelfi’s Silas Nacita enjoyed another monster rushing day in his team’s 40-13 win over the Ancona Dolphins rushing for 221 yards and 3 TDs giving him 921 yards and 15 TDs. James Flanders of the Warriors added 133 yards to his totals in Bolgna’s 37-28 win over the Bergamo Lions and he now has 601 yards with a game to go in the regular season. Parma Panthers running back Modeste Pooda  remains in 3rd with 473 yards while while Guelfi QB Lynx Hawhorne is 4th with 471 yards. Alex Germany of the Bergamo Lions  jumped back up on the list with his 416 yards.

Bolzano Giants WR Mark Simone has led all receivers in Italy the entire season and continues although his team was idle this past weekend. He has 719 yards and  a league-best 10 TDs. Ancona Dolphins WR Dylan Robertson had only one catch in the Dophins loss to the Guelfi and stays in 2nd with 619 yards. Stefano Di Tunisi of the Milano Seamen is 3rd with his 543 yards while his teammate Xavier Mitchell remains 4th with 480 yards.
