The Helsinki Roosters have announced the signing of CFL prospect and wide receiver Pearce Dumay ahead of the 2023 Maple League season in Finland.
The 5’7″, 180 pound, 27 year old from Little Burgandy, Quebec played his college football at McGill University where he led the team in receiving in his last two seasons hauling in 65 passes for 830 yards and four touchdowns.
Roosters head coach Juha Hakala:
“An area we wanted to improve this off-season was speed. Trying to find players that can offer explosive plays in all phases of the game. Dumay has elite speed and will instantly boost our special teams. On offense, we’re adding a weapon that can be used in a variety of ways.”
