The top players from the two major college leagues in Mexico, the ONEFA and the CONADEIP, will face each other in the Tazon Azteca, Friday November 29 at Gaspar Mass stadium in San Nicolás de Los Garza.

The ONEFA,  (Organización Nacional Estudiantil de Futbol Americano) and CONADEIP ((Comisión Nacional Deportiva Estudiantil de Instituciones Privadas) differ in that the ONEFA schools generally do not offer full scholarships while the CONADEIP do.

Traditionally, the Tazon Azteca (Aztec Bowl) has been played between the ONEFA All Stars and an NCAA Div. II/III All Star squad. In the 2018 game, the ONEFA All Stars prevailed 17-10.
