The Norwegian League of American Football heads into its fourth weekend of action in 2021 on Saturday, September 25 as the Kristiansand Gladiators play host to the Eidsvoll 1814’s.

The two teams faced each other two weeks ago in Bøn with the 1814s coming out on top as they downed Kristiansand 35-20.

Gladiators head coach Leo Billgren from Sweden will again rely on his Swedish national team quarterback Dennis Isberg. Isberg threw three touchdown passes two weeks ago including two to Axel Alenius while veteran Marlon Wayne Hylton had one.

Dustin Hawke Willingham will be behind center again for Eidsvoll. In the game two weeks ago, Hawke Willingham was excellent tossing four touchdown passes, two to Yasar Hasan. Tobias Sweetlove and Arne August Sogaard caught the other two scoring passes. Defensive back Elias Aune added a touchdown on a fumble return.

Expect more of the same from both teams this week as the Gladiators will be looking to earn their first win of the season while the 1814s will be aiming to keep pace in the standings with the league-leading Oslo Vikings.
