ELF offensive stats leaders offers surprises

The European League of Football wound up its inaugural season this past weekend and with the playoffs looming, AFI presents the final regular-season stats leaders in the key offensive categories of passing, rushing, and receiving yardage.

The Wroclaw Panthers led the way with four players among the 15 in the three categories while the Barcelona Dragons had three as did the Leipzig Kings. The Cologne Centurions had two players on the list while the Frankfurt Galaxy, Berlin Thunder, and Hamburg Sea Devils all had on apiece. The Stuttgart Surge was the only team not represented.

Surprisingly, two teams dominated the Receiving category as both the Panthers and Dragons had two players each among the top five.

Zach Edwards of the Barcelona Dragons finished as the 2nd leading passer with his 2,514 yards and 21 TDs.
