Four Under the Radar NFL Teams That Could Win the 2020 Super Bowl

Super bowl LIV Art Deco

The 2019 NFL season is about to get underway with preseason games starting as the calendar turns to August. There are plenty of Super Bowl favorites to bet on as the season begins, but there are also some teams that are flying under the radar. Both conferences have a couple of teams that are the clear favorites, but we have found four under the radar teams that could win the Super Bowl this season. Let’s take a quick look at why these four teams could win the Super Bowl this season.

Chicago Bears +1200

The Chicago Bears came out of nowhere to win the NFC North a season ago, and they return almost their entire starting lineup. The Bears featured the top defense in the NFL a season ago, led by Khalil Mack. Things will look a little different for the Bears this season as defensive coordinator Vic Fangio was hired to coach the Denver Broncos. If Mitchell Trubisky and the Bears offense can catch up to the defense, the Bears could be poised for a deep playoff run this season.

Green Bay Packers +1800

Aaron Rodgers is still the quarterback of the Green Bay Packers, and for that reason, they should never be counted out. Rodgers has been dealing with some injury issues over the last few seasons and will need to find a way to stay healthy this season. One big change in Green Bay this season will be new head coach Matt LaFleur. LaFleur might be in his first season as a head coach in the NFL, but he has a great resume. The Packers will need to find some defense, but there is no reason that this team can’t make a run at the Super Bowl this season.

Pittsburgh Steelers +2000

The Pittsburgh Steelers are hoping for a little “addition by subtraction” this season after losing both Le’Veon Bell and Antonio Brown. Both players were extremely talented, but they also caused plenty of drama both on and off the field. The Steelers still have Ben Roethlisberger as their quarterback, and that will always give them a chance to make a deep playoff run. The Cleveland Browns are the popular pick to win the AFC North Division, but it will still run through Pittsburgh this season. The Steelers might have the best shot to knock off the New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC.

Dallas Cowboys +2200

The Dallas Cowboys have not won a Super Bowl since 1996, and that is too long of a drought for owner Jerry Jones. Jones made a huge trade to bring in Amari Cooper last season and gave quarterback Dak Prescott a nice contract extension. Running back Ezekiel Elliott is a training-camp holdout but should be ready to go by the season opener. Dallas surprisingly doesn’t have great odds to win the Super Bowl, and this could be a great chance to make a bet on “America’s Team.”

Conclusion

Now is a great time to place a future bet on the Super Bowl winner, but there will be other great opportunities throughout the 2019 NFL season. The season is likely to make plenty of twists and turns throughout the season, and we will have all of the NFL news here for you at AFI. Be sure to continue to check back throughout the season in hopes of correctly picking the Super Bowl champion.
