The Fontenay Météores (2-0) continued their perfect start to the French D1 Elite season with a commanding 27-7 home victory over the Asnieres Molosses (0-2), using a strong ground game and a pivotal special teams play to control this all-Paris showdown from start to finish.

Fontenay established their run game immediately, capitalizing on a defensive lapse by Asnieres to punch in an early rushing touchdown. Though the Molosses answered late in the first quarter with a touchdown of their own to briefly take a 7-6 lead, the advantage was short-lived thanks to a game-changing special teams moment.

On the very next play, returner Enzo Plumain electrified the home crowd by taking the ensuing kickoff the distance, weaving through the Molosses coverage unit to immediately reclaim the lead at 13-7.
