Stats leaders in German Football League pretty consistent as season winds down

The German Football League is heading into the home stretch with the final third of the season looming and the offensive stats leaders have stayed fairly consistent.

After 11 rounds of play in the 14 game GFL season, the leaders in the three key offensive categories, passing, rushing and receiving yardage have only undergone one change as Chris McClendon of the Bruanschweig New Yorker Lions has taken over the rushing lead. The Marburg Mercenries are on a roll and are winners of six of their last seven thanks to the passing of Jake Sullivan who tops the GFL. Munich Cowboys WR Jaylen Zachery has held onto his receiving yardage lead.

What is also clear is that no one team is dominating the stats although two teams remain undefeated, the Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns and Braunschweig New Yorker Lions.

The Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns have three players on the list while the Hildesheim Invaders, Munich Cowboys, Stuttgart Scorpions and Marburg Mercenaries all have two representatives each among the Top 5 in each of the three categories. Behind them with one player each are the  Cologne Crocodiles, Braunschweig New Yorker Lions and Dresden Monarchs. Teams without any players include the Allgäu Comets, Ingolstadt Dukes, Kiel Baltic Hurricanes, Kirchdorf Wildcats, Berlin Rebels, Dusseldorf Panther, Potsdam Royals,  and, surprisingly, the Frankfurt Universe.

Marburg Mercenaries QB Jake Sullivan continues to lead the passing leaderboard after throwing for 3,338 yards in 10 games. Brady Bolles of the Munich Cowboys has climbed again and is now 2nd  with 2,862 yards while Stuttgart Scorpions QB Michel Eubank has 2,706 yards passing in 11 games and is 3rd.  Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns QB Jadrian Clark is 4th with 2,697 yards and a league-best 36 TDs. while Casey Therriault from the Hildesheim Invaders who has 2,625 is now 5th.

Chris McClendon of the Braunschweig New Yorker Lions has moved up into 1st  and now has 767 yards and 7 TDs while Gennadiy Adams of the Potsdam Royals has slid down into 2nd with his 709 yards and league-leading 9 TDs.  Stuttgart Scorpions RB Giacomo De Pauli has made a move up into 3rd with 637 yards while 477 yards while Marburg Mercenaries RB Triston McCathern is the 4th leadig rusher in the GFL with 625 yards. The injured Cologne Crocodiles RB Colby Goodwyn is still on the list with 538 yards.

Jaylen Zachery of the Munich Cowboys remains the leading receiver in the GFL and has amassed 1,446 yards in 11 games while Kevonn Mabon of the Dresden Monarchs is still 2nd with 1,178.  Tyler Rutenbeck of the Schwabisch Hall Unicorns is 3rd with 930 and a league-best 17 TDs . Hildesheim Invaders WR Nathaniel Morris is the 4th leading receiver in the GFL with 925 while another Unicorns receiver, Nate Robitaille has taken over 5th and has 853 yards and 11 TDs.
