Italy’s stats leaders unchanged with playoffs looming

With two games remaining in Italy’s Div. I, the offenses of the top six teams seem to be stepping it up.

A pair of receivers, Mark Simone of the Bolzano Giants and Ancona Dolphins Dylan Albertson, had monster games, against each other.

Mialno Seamen QB Luke Zahradka tops the passing yardage list for the second week in a row while Silas Nacita of the Firenze Guelfi is the leading rusher and one of the leading receivers too.

After seven weeks, the Firenze Guelfi have the most representation on the lists with four although Nacita shows up in two categories.

The Milano Seamen have three players among the top five in the three offensive categories. The Lazio Ducks, Bolzano Giants and Ancona Dolphins have two each while the Parma Panthers and Bologna Warriors have one player each. The Torino Giaguari and Bergamo Lions are the only teams without representation.
