After trailing 12-2 early in the third quarter, the Dukes scored 24 unanswered points to claim a decisive victory and demonstrate their resilience on the road.

The first half belonged to the hometown Riga Bears, who established control with a strong defensive performance that limited the Dukes’ offensive opportunities. Riga quarterback Emils Kaufmanis contributed both through the air and on the ground, connecting with receiver Kristofers Emils Racko for a touchdown while adding another score on a 10-yard scramble.
