Lazio Marines (9-1) (1st South) v Milano Rhinos (5-5) (4th North)

This game could be a lopsided affair – or not.

The Marines with their high-powered Air Raid offense scored 430 points this season, tops in Italy, while the Rhinos allowed the most points of the eight quarterfinal teams, 235.

Marines head coach Stan Bedwell has his team, who were 1-9 a year ago, aiming to take a run at the Italian title. Nevertheless, the Rhinos knocked off cross town rivals the Seamen a couple of weeks ago and can surprise any team in Italy. This could be interesting.
