The Katy Wroclawskie Jaguars (1-3) will pay a visit to Warsaw to face the Warsaw Eagles (3-1) as the Polish Football League crosses the midpoint of the 2024 regular season.

The last time these two teams met was during the 2023 regular season when Warsaw came away 19-7 winners over the Jaguars.

The Eagles opened up the season with a 19-9 home loss against the Krakow Kings and turned around and beat the defending Polish Champions, the Bialystok Lowlanders, on the road, 36-14. They then handed the Warsaw Mets a 47-17 thrashing three weeks ago before manhandling the Silesia Rebels 37-0.

The Jaguars who, despite making the semis as a newly promoted team in 2023, have yet to find their rhythm in 2024, They followed up a week 1 home 27-22 loss to the Warsaw Mets with a lopsided 39-14 loss, on the road, to the Krakow Kings. Then they stunned the league with a lopsided 47-21 win over the defending champion Bialystok Lowlanders before dropping a 32-15 decision to the league-leading Krakow Kings last week.

This is a pivotal matchup. The Jaguars need the win to have any chance at tall of reaching the playoffs with four games remaining while Warsaw is aiming to get home field advantage in the semifinals with a victory.
