The Scandinavian Cup returns in 2023 after a successful 2022 season with four teams from two countries vying for the title.
Two teams from Sweden, the Carlstad Crusaders and Örebro Black Knights will battle with the Oslo Vikings and Eidsvoll 1814s from Norway.
The 2022 Scandinavian Cup winners, the Stockholm Mean Machines, and their opponents in the final, the Tyresö Royal Crowns, have opted out of this year’s tournament.
Three of the four teams have returned to the tournament while the Örebro Black Knights are making their debut.
In the opening round, the Oslo Vikings and Örebro Black Knights will play each other in a home and away series while Carlstad and Eidsvoll will do the same. The winners will then meet on June 3 to play for the title.
