Strong start sets the tone
Tyresö kicked off the game with a solid offensive drive, but it was the Giants who made the first big play when Sebastian Brogren intercepted a pass intended for Tyresö’s receiver. Unfortunately, the Giants struggled to capitalize, failing to gain any yards on their next drive and punting the ball back to Tyresö.
The Royal Crowns quickly took control, with Trevor Vasey connecting with Abdul-Mujeeb Rufai for a 68-yard touchdown pass, putting Tyresö up 14-0. The Giants managed to respond with a 1-yard touchdown run from Ville Olsson, narrowing the gap to 14-7.
