LIVESTREAM EFA: Frankfurt Galaxy @ Raiders Tirol, June 6, 18:00 CET (6 pm, 12 noon)
The Raiders Tirol (0-2) return home to face Frankfurt Galaxy (0-2) on Saturday in a key European Football Alliance matchup as both teams look to secure their first win of the 2026 season.
After opening the year with difficult road trips against the Munich Ravens and Nordic Storm, the Raiders finally get to play in front of their home fans at Tivoli Stadium. Meanwhile, Frankfurt arrives equally desperate to get into the win column after narrow and frustrating losses to the Paris Musketeers and Munich Ravens.
Homecoming in Innsbruck
For Tirol, this game marks a long-awaited return to Tivoli Stadium.
The Raiders have shown flashes of promise despite their 0-2 record. Head coach Shuan Fatah’s team competed well for long stretches against two of the strongest teams in the league and now hopes home-field advantage can help push them over the line.
Wide receiver Adrian Platzgummer believes the difficult opening schedule may ultimately help the team as the season progresses. The early tests against Munich and Nordic Storm provided valuable experience for a roster still adjusting to new coaches, coordinators, and personnel.

Quarterbacks take center stage
One of the most intriguing battles will be under center.
Frankfurt quarterback Ethan Garbers has thrown for 572 yards and four touchdowns through two games while completing 55 percent of his passes. He has also added 131 rushing yards, making him one of the league’s most dangerous dual-threat quarterbacks.
On the other side, Raiders quarterback Steven Krajewski has thrown for 561 yards and four touchdowns, putting him just behind Garbers statistically.
Garbers’ favorite target has been Brevin Easton, who has 168 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Paul Kavadia-Lenhardt has added 102 receiving yards and two scores, while Adria Botella Moreno has contributed 96 yards. Running back Gerald Ameln has rushed for 88 yards and two touchdowns.
Defense could be the difference
The Galaxy defense presents a significant challenge. Mason Chambers has already recorded 10 tackles and a pick-six, while five different Frankfurt defenders have registered sacks.
The defense also received a major boost this week with the addition of Thiadric Hansen. The former Kiel Baltic Hurricanes standout joins Frankfurt after a successful career in the Canadian Football League, where he won three Grey Cup championships. Hansen played four seasons with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers before helping the Toronto Argonauts capture another title in 2024, adding experience and leadership to the Galaxy defense.
For the Raiders, limiting pressure on Steven Krajewski and finding offensive balance will be essential. Additional roster depth arrives this week with Vincent Lutz, Felix Kantner, Noah Fischer Oberhofer, Leonardo Pasquotto, Markus Schaberl, and Haytham Abdelli joining the squad.
A chance to reset
With both teams sitting at 0-2, this game carries added importance. A victory would provide momentum and confidence heading into the middle portion of the season.
For Tirol and Frankfurt, Saturday is an opportunity to turn potential into results and finally get their 2026 campaign moving in the right direct
