Swarco Raiders and Kragujevac Wild Boars set to play CEFL Bowl XII in Innsbruck, Austria
The Sportklub Central European Football League has announced that CEFL Bowl XII will be played in Innsbruck, Austria between Austria’s defending champions, the Swarco Raiders Tirol and the reigning Serbian champions, the Kragujevac Wild Boars.
CEFL Bowl XII will be played on Saturday, June 10 at Tivoli stadium in Innsbruck.
The Raiders, playing in the CEFL Western Conference, qualified for CEFL Bowl XII after defeating Polish champions, the Wroclaw Panthers 33-20 and then beating Denmark’s 2016 champions, Triangle Razorbacks 35-0.The Kragujevac Wild Boars played in the Eastern Conference and won both games. In the season opener of Sportklub CEFL Championship they hosted Turkish title holders, the Istanbul Koç Rams and defeated them 21-14. The team had a long wait to play their second game in the closing weekend against Hungary’s Budapest Cowbells who they easily beat 50-15.
This will be the first game ever between these two teams.
