Danish Championship: Mermaid Bowl XXXII featured on AFI.tv

For the first time since 2019, a new champion will be crowned in the Danish Nationalligaen this Saturday, October 9 as the Copenhagen Towers and Søllerød Gold Diggers square off in Mermaid Bowl XXXII.

The Søllerød Gold Diggers finished first in the Danish Nationalligaen during the regular season thanks in part to two wins over the Copenhagen Towers. The Gold Diggers then defeated the Triangle Razorbacks 21-20 in the semifinal round while Copenhagen downed the AaB 89ers 45-29. The Gold Diggers won both games played between the two teams during the regular season. Kickoff is October 9, at 19:00 CET (7 pm, 1 pm ET).
