Eagles definitely pursuing title with signing of dominant defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh

The Philadelphia Eagles have shown that they mean business this season and are going all in for a Super Bowl push.

After a shocking first loss of the season to the Washington Commanders this past weekend, Philadelphia has reinforced its defensive line with the addition of five-time Pro Bowler and Super Bowl champion, Ndamukong Suh.

The 35-year-old defensive tackle has agreed to a one-year contract with the Eagles. The dominating presence of Suh will surely boost the team’s defense after an injury to rookie Jordan Davis. Suh is a welcomed addition to the Eagles with his 12 combined sacks in the last two seasons. He most recently played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and helped them win a Super Bowl title.

The ease at which the Commanders were able to convert on third down attempts from 5 yards out or fewer was concerning. Suh’s addition solves their need for a gap plugger and a versatile disruption to opposition’s offensive lines.

The Eagles face the Indianapolis Colts Sunday, November 20 and Suh will likely be in the lineup.
