Harrison Butker doubles down on his commencement speech | Does not back down from religious views

Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker has more to say about what he said earlier this month, which created a huge controversy. Many crushed Butker for his comments because he said some things about women and our president that did not sit well with many, but he doubled down in another speech.

Butker talked at the Regina Caeli Academy Courage Under Fire gala in Nashville on Friday and did not back down.

“Over the past few days my beliefs, or what people think I believe, have been the focus of countless discussions around the globe, At the outset, many people expressed a shocking level of hate. But as the days went on, even those who disagreed with my viewpoints shared their support for my freedom of religion.

“It’s a decision I’ve consciously made and one I do not regret at all,” Butker said, via the AP.
