Munich Ravens stay perfect as European Football Alliance playoff race tightens

The inaugural European Football Alliance season has reached past its halfway point, and the race for the postseason is beginning to separate into clear tiers. The Munich Ravens remain the league’s only unbeaten team at 6-0, while the Nordic Storm sit close behind at 5-1. Behind the top two, the Frankfurt Galaxy and Paris Musketeers are locked at 3-3 in a battle for third place, while the Prague Lions and Raiders Tirol are trying to keep their playoff hopes alive.

1. Munich Ravens (6-0)

No team has looked more complete than the Munich Ravens.

After opening the season with victories over the Raiders Tirol, Frankfurt Galaxy, Prague Lions, Paris Musketeers, Nordic Storm, and Raiders Tirol again, the Ravens have established themselves as the team everyone else is chasing.

Quarterback Russell Tabor continues to lead one of the league’s most explosive offenses, while Justin Rodney has provided a consistent ground game. Rodney ranks second in the EFA with 326 rushing yards and five touchdowns, giving Munich the balance needed to remain unbeaten.

2. Nordic Storm (5-1)

Despite suffering its first loss of the season, the Nordic Storm remain firmly in championship contention.

Jadrian Clark has been the league’s premier quarterback through six games, leading the EFA with 2,203 passing yards and 26 touchdown passes while completing 67.6 percent of his throws. He has also helped turn Brendan Beaulieu into the league’s most productive receiver. Beaulieu leads the EFA with 51 receptions, 894 receiving yards and 12 touchdown catches.

Running back Glen Toonga has been equally dominant, pacing the league with 714 rushing yards while giving Nordic one of the most balanced offenses in Europe.

3. Frankfurt Galaxy (3-3)

The biggest move over the past two weeks belongs to the Frankfurt Galaxy.

Back-to-back wins over the Prague Lions and Paris Musketeers have lifted Frankfurt to 3-3 after an 0-3 start. Frankfurt’s 31-24 road victory over Paris moved the Galaxy ahead of the Musketeers in the standings while completing a season split between the clubs.

Ethan Garbers has thrown for 1,429 yards and 11 touchdowns without an interception, while Brevin Easton ranks third in the league with 463 receiving yards.

4. Paris Musketeers (3-3)

The Paris Musketeers have slipped to 3-3 after consecutive losses to Nordic Storm and Frankfurt Galaxy, although Zach Edwards continues to rank among the league leaders with 1,286 passing yards. Jason Bofunda has also given the offense balance, rushing for 305 yards.

5. Prague Lions (1-5)

The Prague Lions finally earned their first victory by edging the Raiders Tirol 45-44, improving to 1-5. William Patterson remains one of the league’s top receivers with 617 yards, while Jaylon Henderson has rushed for 308 yards.

6. Raiders Tirol (0-6)

The Raiders Tirol remain winless at 0-6 despite pushing both Prague and Munich to the wire in recent weeks. Steven Krajewski has thrown for 1,316 yards, but turnovers and defensive struggles have made the difference as Tirol continues its search for a breakthrough victory.

With four weeks remaining in the regular season, every game now carries major playoff implications as the inaugural EFA campaign heads toward the stretch run.
