Paris Musketeers sign French Tight End and former NFL IPP invite Brandon Camara

The Paris Musketeers, the European League of Football’s (ELF) newest edition, have signed French tight end and former NFL International Player Pathway invite Brandon Camara for the 2023 season.

Camara initially signed for the Hamburg Sea Devils last season but never played a game and ended up in the GFL2 with the Stuttgart Scorpions. In three games with the Scorpions, Camara caught six passes for 105 yards and a touchdown.

The 6 ’4, 230-pound native of Nice, France was invited to the October NFL International Combine in London in 2022 and ran a 4.79 (unofficial) 40-yard dash, along with an impressive showing of his massive wingspan and soft hands.

The French prospect is a product of the Dauphins de Nice program, one of the best youth programs in the south of France. Camara played for the Marseille Blue Stars in the French Elite in 2020 prior to the season’s Covid-19 related cancellation. In 2019, Camara visited Penn State University as a potential NCAA prospect but was ultimately unsuccessful.

Since coming onto the scene a few years ago, Camara has been seen as a player with a huge amount of untapped potential. And with an outstanding offensive cast and head coach in Marc Mattioli, this may be the year we see big things from the Frenchman.
