The full list of restrictions for CFL players during two-week quarantine

CFL training camps are set to open on Saturday, July 10 with all players and coaches having completed a two-week quarantine.

Below is the full memo that was sent to all Tier 1 staff members prior to the start of quarantine on Saturday, June 26.

This memo was obtained by 3DownNation on July 4 following the arrival of out-of-town players to their CFL cities where they will perform the second half of their quarantine.

SUBJECT: REMINDER – WORK QUARANTINE BEGINS ON SATURDAY JUNE 26th.

Prior to beginning training camp, all local Tier 1 staff and players must under-go a 14-day work quarantine period.

During this period, you are limited to your home and the team’s practice facility. The only exception is for medical appointments organized by your club’s medical staff.

This email is a reminder that your work quarantine period begins at 12:01 am on Saturday June 26th in order to adhere to the Return to Play Health and Safety plan.

It is essential for all staff and players to abide by these guidelines in an effort to keep all members of the CFL family safe. Failure to do so may result in your Tier 1 status being revoked.

For the duration of the 14-day work quarantine period, individuals are not permitted to interact with other Tier 1 personnel who have traveled to the club city from other countries or other areas of Canada.
