Wroclaw has played and beaten the Seahawks once this year, a 42-7 loss early in the season. That was the last game Gdynia played without quarterback Jason Smith (Auburn) who arrived in time for put a 72-0 pasting of the Wyszkow Rhinos. In the four games with Smith behind center, the Seahawks have averaged 57 points a game. Smith’s main targets include Jakub Mazan who can be a game changer as well as Piotr Rudnicki and Mateusz Miotke

Wroclaw experienced their own turnaround when they bought in Tony Dawson to replace  quarterback Chris Forcier who suffered a season-ending injury in the CEFL loss to the Calanda Boncos. Since then, the Panthers have not lost a game in Poland or internationally. In the five domestic and two international games they have averaged 46 points a game.
