Poland: Białystok Lowlanders crush Ząbki Dukes 52-7

The Białystok Lowlanders (2-2) delivered a commanding road performance against the Ząbki Dukes (0-4), rolling over the home team 52-7. The Lowlanders showcased their offensive prowess and solid defense, leaving the Dukes struggling throughout the game.

Fast Start for the Lowlanders

The Lowlanders wasted no time getting on the scoreboard. Quarterback Brett Pullman connected with Piotr Maksymiuk for a touchdown pass to make it 6-0 and then followed that up with another quick touchdown strike to Bernardo Horevitch, who added the extra point to extend the lead to 13-0.

Dukes Find Brief Success

The Dukes managed to respond in the second quarter with a touchdown pass from Trevon Wilkenson to Michał Michalak, narrowing the gap to 13-7. However, the Lowlanders quickly regained control, with Tomasz Kropiewnicki scoring on a rushing touchdown to boost the lead to 20-7 and Pullman continuing to connect with his receivers, including Horevitch (26-7) and Mateusz Zaremba (32-7).

Closing Strong

In the second half, the Lowlanders kept their foot on the gas, as Pullman found Eryk Mąkowski and Horevitch with scoring strikes and then  Łukasz Utko pounded the ball in to seal the win, 52-7.

The Dukes struggled to find their rhythm, leaving them still searching for their first win of the season. The Lowlanders will look to build on this momentum in their next matchup.
