Japan: X League – Top 10 Power Rankings – Fujitsu still #1
The Japanese X League heads into its 5th week of action with the defending champion Fujitsu Frontiers, who remain unbeaten, are firmly in first place in the Inside Sport: Japan Top 10 Power Rankings.
The Frontiers downed the Nojima Sagamihara Rise last week 41-22 and have looked impressive and consistent throughout the season so far. They will be tough to unseat. Panasonic is beginning to gain some momentum though and the Rise, in third, could surprise come playoff time.
With a couple of big games coming up this weekend including the Frontiers and the #4 ranked Obic Seagulls, the race could tighten up.
Here then is the Top 10 Power Rankings for October 6.
