The Borregos México (1-1) will face the 0-2 Borregos Toluca in a key matchup in Mexico’s CONADEIP League Saturday, September 21 .
CONADEIP (Comisión Nacional Deportiva Estudiantil de Instituciones Privadas, A.C. private university league) has 11 teams in two conferences, the Libertado and the Independence. The CONADEIP is the only full scholarship league in Mexico.
Borregos Mexico downed the Borregos Guadalajara 31–28 to open the season but then lost to Aztecas UDLAP 21-7 last weekend. Toluca dropped a 31-24 decision to the Aztecas in week one and then were whipped 38-3 by Monterrey.
Borregos ITESM Monterrey tops the Independencia Conference with two straight wins.
